Comedian Griffin wrecks Ferrari
US comedian Eddie Griffin has wrecked a rare Ferrari worth $1.5m (£760,000) that belonged to the producer of his new film - and escaped unscathed. He was practising for a charity race to promote his forthcoming film Redline when he smashed into a concrete barrier just outside Los Angeles. The film's publicist Wendy Zocks said Griffin was "completely unscratched" but a "little shaken". Owner Daniel Sadek admitted he had "mixed feelings" about the crash. "I'm glad Eddie came out of the crash OK but my dream car got destroyed," he said.
