dilemas
York, Pennsylvania. A bible is seen on top of a biology text book while students study in the background during a biology class at the Christan School of York Tuesday 18 October 2005 in York, Pennsylvania. The School Board in Dover, PA, a town that neighbors York, is being sued by eight area families who dispute the Board's decision to include discussion of intelligent design theory in the biology cirriculum of the high school, contending that the policy essentially promotes the Bible's view of creation and as a result violates the constitutional separation of church and state.
